The radio edit of ‘Slam‘, released on all formats of the single. It does a good job of condensing the full track into a shorter runtime, albeit one that probably received little radio airplay. Ben Ofoedu’s raps are given less emphasis, and the acid parts are barely present, with a – perhaps unsurprising – focus on Lisa Millett’s chorus vocals. The meta Berserk-sampling breakdown is included, perhaps to remind listeners that, yes, this really is the same act who released ‘Stakker Humanoid‘ six months previously.
