‘Part 2’ opens and closes with the metallic sounds also used in the closing environment of ‘Her Face Forms in Summertime‘; the Dead Cities Planner postcard has this bit even referred to as “End of: Leon Mar” at the end of ‘Her Face…’, suggesting this is the environment’s origin. Mar’s ‘Part 2’ is fairly similar to his ‘Part 2′ of My Kingdom, with crazy breakbeats, complex programming and layers of odd digital noise; only the vocals from ‘Part 1‘ are retained. As with the version of ‘My Kingdom’, it’s over in less than three minutes.
