Titled ‘Enviroment G1’ on the initial download release. One of the oldest pieces in the FSOL catalogue, this Kraftwerk-sampling environment of gongs, flutes and coughing voices dates to 1990, its first appearance being part of the Art Science Technology track ‘Esus Flow (Vast Galaxy Remix)‘. It appeared regularly in ’93 and ’94 transmissions, under the name ‘Esus Environment’, before finally being released as a standalone track in 2007. The 2012 enhanced edition features synth chords from the previous track, and a second environment to close, with birdsong and vocal chanting; this also appears in Electric Brain Storms 7.
