Released on the same day as Your Body Robotic, and named after another unreleased Humanoid track from 1988, Your Body Sub-Atomic was, for some years, the only digital download edition of this material. Featuring 11 tracks from Your Body Robotic, plus four digital exclusives, ‘Part 2’ from the original single and a digital booklet, it’s a nice package, but it’s a shame no single collection brings together the whole era.
Of particular interest to fans will be ‘Acid to the Bone’, an unreleased 11 minute acid jam from the late ’80s, as well as another exclusive, ‘1.0.1’, updated from the original tapes. The only exclusive remix is a dnb take by Kouncilhouse, while the soundtrack to the YouTube advert for the Feadz Mix is also included. The cover is the same as Your Body Robotic with slightly different shading, and the EBV and FSOLDigital exploding head logos added. The booklet includes press clippings from various issues of ‘Stakker Humanoid‘ as well as a brief bio of each of the remixers. The Bandcamp page only includes Your Body Robotic, meaning the four exclusive tracks can only be purchased as 320kbps mp3s through FSOLDigital.
